This session will explore strategies for recruiting, retaining and navigating clients at a time of low employment. It will feature best practices from Rowan-Cabarrus Community College's HRD/R3 Career Services. This interactive session will provide insight that will assist all areas within a community college, as well as partners, in "shopping" for clients in a job seeker's market.
